What Afterglow provides

Afterglow offers personal planning, check-ins, AI-generated guidance, and general educational content for the year after separation. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, or emergency care. AI can make mistakes. Verify important information with an appropriately qualified professional. Legal and support resources focus on the United States and may differ where you live.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in details private. Share only information you are entitled to share. You retain ownership of the content you provide and allow us and our service providers to process it to deliver the features you choose, as described in the privacy policy. Do not use the service for harassment, surveillance, or unlawful activity.

Subscriptions

Check-ins and calm tools are available without a paid subscription. Paid plans renew automatically through Apple at the price and period displayed before purchase unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Eligible introductory offers and the price afterward are shown on the purchase screen. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Apple processes payments and refund requests.
