Include the email you use for Afterglow and a short description of the problem. Do not send your password, payment details, or private journal entries.

Getting back in

On the sign-in screen, enter your email and choose Forgot password. Open the reset link in your email, save a new password, and return to the app.

Purchases and subscriptions

Choose Restore purchase on the plan screen to reconnect an active Apple subscription. To manage or cancel, open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Afterglow. Apple handles purchase billing and refund requests.

Deleting your account

Open Me → Delete account and confirm with your password. Contact us if you cannot access your account. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in Settings.

Connected tools

Manage your connections to choose permissions or revoke a tool’s API key. Never send a key in a support request.
